OBE Chief Creative Officer recognized by XPLand:

Congratulations to our very own Chief Creative Officer, Trish Rexroth for being recognized by XP Land as one of the "wildly creative and culture-shaping visionaries who are transforming the experiential industry right now."

The Brand Builder and Community Advocate

As the Chief Creative Officer of experience-led agency OBE (On Board Experiential Marketing), Trish Rexroth helps brands confidently engage with their audiences to deliver real impact. She and her team have crafted award-winning, powerful campaigns for clients that include Chase, Nike, RISE and Sephora. More importantly, she has helped brands from corporations to non-profits celebrate diversity, authentically connect with their communities, and advocate for a more equitable society. Trish notes she’s been fascinated by the power brands have to connect with people since she was a teenager. That fascination continues today as she guides her team of over 40 creatives to put together visionary campaigns by using insight, innovation and imagination.

Projects

The Infatuation’s EEEEEATSCON bills itself as a “different kind of food festival,” one that’s modeled after a music festival, but with chefs as headliners. Since 2022, Trish and OBE have worked to make EEEEEATSCON an opportunity to eat food you can’t find anywhere else, to mingle with industry pioneers, and to catch performances and talks by the likes of Sarah Jessica Parker, Hasan Minaj, Martha Stewart, and Tony Hawk. Trish and her team not only excel as throwing delicious food fests; they’re also great at creating tearjerker campaigns like It’s Her Shot. Produced in collaboration with Nike and Dick’s Sporting Goods, the Venice street-court takeover was designed for girls who love to ball. And since 2019, Trish, OBE and sister agency, Think True, have collaborated with RISE to transform how they show up across various sporting events such as the Super Bowl and the Final Four, to educate and empower fans to eliminate racial discrimination and champion social justice.
