Full Spectrum

For years, OBE has proudly produced Genentech's IT department retreat, Full Spectrum. Each year we were challenged to create an event that would inspire and reinvigorate their employees.

This 600-person, daylong event boasted engaging speakers, beautiful stage design, uplifting entertainers, on-site activities and more. Working closely with Genentech’s internal departments, we creatively crafted an ever-evolving theme, logo, and new identity design each year.
