Welcome to the heart of our triumphs, where the spirit of On Board Experiential (OBE) shines through every endeavor, defining a year marked by nothing less than excellence in every experience.   

Here are a few of our proudest moments that we will recount for years to come—from new client acquisitions and expanded partnerships to the glittering awards that reflect the brilliance of our team.


 

Creating long-term impact with long-time client Nike. 

In addition to the 30+ brand experiences we created with Nike this year, 2023 marked the third year of the It’s Her Shot series helping girls and young women reach their full potential on and off the court, expansion with an added city stop, and recognition by Event Marketer as the Best Cause / Community Program—receiving a prestigious Ex Award—plus recognition by Shorty Impact Awards with a Silver Honor in Event & Experiential. 


 

16 JPMCC finish lines across 8 countries.

OBE has executed the J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge Series across the globe for 8 years in a row, reaching over 196,000 participants and more than 6,000 companies in 2023 alone. 2024 will mark the Series' 48th year and a first-time public event in Hong Kong.


 

A beautiful new partnership with Sephora.

Sephora tapped OBE to bring SEPHORiA: House of Beauty, the retailer’s largest event of the year, back to life in a hybrid format for the first time in 2023—with a live ticketed event in New York City boasting 50+ brand partners and a free global virtual experience that was immersive and customizable.


 

Serving up an additional city for EEEEEATSCON.

Celebrated food festival, EEEEEATSCON was expanded beyond New York City and Los Angeles for the first time with two days at The Salt Shed in Chicago this year. Plus, we’ve got even bigger plans with The Infatuation for 2024—with Miami kicking off the now 4-city series in February.


 

Adding to our brag-book and trophy case this year. 

As an agency, we’re honored to be recognized by our industry—making the Event Marketer It List for the 13th year in a row, the Chief Marketer 200 list for the 5th year in a row and named as one of the top 100 event agencies in the world by Eventex.

We are ecstatic that our Chief Creative Officer, Trish Rexroth was recognized by XP Land as one of the "wildly creative and culture-shaping visionaries who are transforming the experiential industry right now." And we couldn’t be prouder to have our thought-leaders invited to share their knowledge on stage among the best-of-the-best; including our CEO, Deb Lemon moderating the Agency Forum Panel: The Future of the Agency at the Experiential Marketer Summit in Las Vegas to our very own VP of Technology & Innovation, Jeff Yang joining a panel to discuss The Impact of AI on the Event Agency Model at the Agency Forum in New York.
