OBE transformed an empty space and created an on-campus Olympic hub where Nike cross-category, functional, and geo teams could work in tandem to effectively listen, watch, react and respond to Rio Summer Game moments in real time. The space featured collaborative work spaces, conference rooms and a kitchenette.

Aside from environmental design, our team also added special touches (such as branded coffee mugs and Nike athlete's favorite snacks), coordinated catering and implemented team building activities and social events to break up the days.
